RETURNS

* The return period begins from the time the order is marked as delivered to the customer.

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours and provide clear photos or videos of the item.

* Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging.

* Products showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS

* Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be approved.

* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

* ROSÉ SUVELLE reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

* Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
